Job Title Assistant Manager - Sales Building Automation Solutions Location Chennai1 Job Overview- Responsible for sales and business development of Building Automation Solutions BAS ELV projects - Drive revenue growth through client acquisition relationship management and technical solution promotion - Work closely with clients consultants and internal teams to achieve business objectives 2 Key ResponsibilitiesSales Business Development- Develop and execute sales strategies for Building Automation Solutions - Develop and execute sales strategies for Building Automation Solutions - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries - Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth Client Engagement- Build and maintain strong client relationships - Understand client requirements and propose tailored BAS ELV solutions - Conduct product demonstrations presentations and negotiations Technical Project Support- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients - Possess strong technical knowledge of BAS HVAC and ELV systems - Coordinate with project and technical teams for smooth execution Market Analysis Reporting- Monitor competitor activities market trends and customer feedback - Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review - Suggest improvements to strengthen market positioning 3 Qualifications- Bachelor s Degree in Instrumentation Electronics Automation related field - 8-10 years experience in Sales Marketing of Building Automation Solutions ELV HVAC projects - Proven track record of project sales and target achievements 4 Key Skills Must-Have - Sales Business Development in - Building Automation Solutions ELV projects- - Technical knowledge of - BAS HVAC Automation Products- - Client Relationship Management- Pre-Sales Post-Sales Support- Excellent Communication Presentation skills- Market Analysis Negotiation5 Additional Skills Good-to-Have - Knowledge of emerging automation products and technologies - Ability to handle large-scale project sales independently - Strong networking with consultants contractors and system integrators 6 Benefits- Competitive salary with attractive incentives commissions - Health insurance and employee benefits - Professional growth and learning opportunities ref updazz com
