Edify School Kanakapura Edify School Kanakapura is looking for a student-centric and proactive Admissions Counselor to guide families through the school s enrollment process The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming informative and seamless experience for prospective parents while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting the school s admissions goals Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for admission-related inquiries and lead families through each stage of the enrollment process Provide detailed and engaging information about the school s curriculum academic programs teaching methodology and admission criteria Maintain accurate and updated records documentation and data within the admissions management system or CRM Collaborate with academic administrative and leadership teams to coordinate admission events assessments and timely follow-ups Build strong rapport with prospective parents through consistent communication personalised guidance and effective follow-up Support outreach initiatives campus tours orientation sessions and other admission-related activities Requirements Bachelor s degree in any discipline an MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage 2-5 years of experience in admissions student counselling customer service or related domains Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to engage confidently with parents and students Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with admission management systems or CRM software Strong organisational abilities attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
