Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Soft Skill Trainer role based in Chennai. The Soft Skill Trainer will design, develop, and implement training programs to enhance employees communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. The trainer will also conduct interactive sessions, assess progress, and provide individualized feedback to support professional growth and organizational success. Qualifications - Expertise in Soft Skills Training, including communication, team building, and leadership development - Proficient in designing and delivering engaging training modules using creative tools and methods - Experience in assessing individual and team skill gaps and delivering customized training strategies - Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively conduct sessions and manage schedules - Flexibility to adapt training techniques to diverse learning needs and styles - Proven ability to build positive relationships with participants and stakeholders - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred
