Job Description

Profile : Revit Architect Designer

Location : - Navi Mumbai

We are seeking a skilled Revit Architect Designer with proven experience in industrial projects to join our design team. The role involves preparing detailed architectural models, drawings, and documentation using Autodesk Revit, ensuring compliance with project standards and industrial design requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed architectural models, drawings, and layouts using Revit Architecture and AutoCAD.
- Work on industrial facilities such as manufacturing plants, warehouses, data centers, pharma/biotech facilities, or other heavy/industrial projects.
- Prepare design documentation, construction drawings, and 3D visualization for concept to execution stages.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (Structural, MEP, Process, etc.) for design coordination.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, standards, and industrial safety norms.
- Conduct clash detection, drawing reviews, and design modifications as required.
- Support BIM implementation, data management, and project delivery.
- Review and ensure accuracy of architectural deliverables within deadlines.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong hands-on expertise in Revit Architecture (mandatory).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, and MS Office tools.
- Good understanding of industrial building design, detailing, and construction practices.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and coordination with other disciplines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs under tight schedules.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
