Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting jobs to onboarding new hires. This internship offers hands-on experience in real-time hiring strategies and human capital development.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across portals .
- Source and screen resumes as per job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR telephonic/video interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Assist in onboarding processes and documentation.
- Support HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
