Wanted  Freshers (No experience required at all) ENGLISH speaking UNMARRIED girls from NORTH EAST REGION ONLY for an upcoming Dental Hospital..( The selected candidates will be first trained in Dental/ personal assistant in clinic for 1- 2 months & then observe in job at the same clinic. Candidates will get stipend & other allowances during training. Basic salary will start after successful completion of training.Key Responsibilities: Chairside Assistance Assist the dentist during dental examinations and procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and cleanings. Hand over instruments, suction devices, and materials to the dentist as required during treatment. Ensure patients are comfortable before, during, and after procedures. Provide post-treatment instructions to patients as directed by the dentist. Patient Preparation Escort patients to the dental chair and make them feel at ease. Review and record the patient’s medical and dental history. Place protective bibs and prepare the treatment area according to the procedure planned. Instrument and Equipment Management Sterilize and disinfect dental instruments and equipment following infection control protocols. Prepare trays and set up instruments for various dental procedures. Ensure all dental equipment is in proper working order and report any faults immediately. Infection Control and Safety Follow strict hygiene and sterilization protocols to maintain a safe clinical environment. Properly dispose of biohazardous waste such as used gloves, masks, and sharps. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure the same for the dentist and patient. Radiography (if certified) Take and develop dental X-rays as instructed by the dentist. Ensure correct positioning and safety measures when operating X-ray equipment. Maintain accurate radiographic records in the patient’s file. Administrative Duties Schedule patient appointments and follow up on reminders. Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment details, billing information, and insurance claims. Manage dental supplies inventory and order replacements when necessary. Process patient payments and assist with billing or insurance queries. Patient Education and Support Explain dental care routines, oral hygiene techniques, and post-procedure care to patients. Answer questions about treatment plans, procedures, and recovery times. Provide reassurance to anxious or nervous patients. Assisting in Specialized Procedures Support dentists in orthodontic treatments, prosthodontics, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery. Prepare molds for impressions and assist in laboratory work if required. Skills and Competencies Required: Technical Skills: Knowledge of dental instruments, materials, and clinical procedures. Understanding of infection control and sterilization techniques. Basic knowledge of dental software and patient management systems. Interpersonal Skills: Good communication and listening skills. Compassionate and patient-focused attitude. Ability to reassure patients and build trust. Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail to ensure treatment accuracy and patient safety.
