Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns across multiple channels, including Email, WhatsApp, Push, and SMS.
- Design, implement, and track A/B tests to refine messaging, targeting, and overall campaign strategy.
- Analyze campaign performance data and present actionable insights to cross-functional teams.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to drive user engagement and retention initiatives.
- Maintain accurate campaign data, reports, and dashboards to monitor performance.

Skills & Qualifications

- 2025 graduate in B.Tech or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization.
- Basic knowledge of SQL (preferred).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
