We are urgently hiring ground staff for our operations in India. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers/entry-level candidates to start a career in the aviation industry. The role involves assisting passengers, ensuring safety, and providing top-notch customer service at the airport.
Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their luggage
- Provide excellent customer service and support to travelers
- Handle baggage claims and lost luggage inquiries
- Coordinate with airline staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the airport terminal
- Assist with emergency procedures when necessary
