Perform advanced treatments such as bleaching, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion (if certified). Educate clients on skincare routines and aftercare practices for better results. 2. Hair Care & Styling Offer haircutting, trimming, and styling services based on client preferences. Perform hair treatments such as coloring, highlights, smoothening, straightening, and keratin treatments. Provide scalp treatments and recommend appropriate products for hair health. Stay updated with current hair trends, techniques, and styling tools. 3. Makeup & Makeover Services Apply makeup for daily wear, parties, weddings, and special occasions. Customize makeup techniques based on skin tone, face shape, and client preferences. Offer professional bridal and pre-bridal makeup packages. Stay informed about trending makeup styles, products, and application techniques. 4. Nail Care & Grooming Services Provide manicures, pedicures, and nail art services to enhance client satisfaction. Offer hand and foot spa treatments, exfoliation, and massages. Maintain proper hygiene and sterilization of nail tools and equipment. Suggest nail care tips and suitable products for healthier nails. 5. Waxing, Threading & Other Grooming Services Perform waxing, threading, and body hair removal services safely and hygienically. Suggest suitable grooming methods based on client needs and preferences. Offer eyebrow shaping and tinting for enhanced facial aesthetics. Follow all safety measures to avoid skin irritation or injuries. 6. Client Consultation & Customer Service Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and skin/hair conditions. Provide personalized recommendations for treatments and products. Handle client queries with professionalism and ensure high customer satisfaction. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals. 7. Sales & Product Promotion Educate clients about salon-exclusive beauty products and treatments. Promote and upsell premium packages, memberships, and seasonal offers. Achieve monthly product sales targets assigned by the salon/spa management. Maintain updated knowledge of new product launches and brands. 8. Hygiene, Safety & Equipment Maintenance Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of workstations, tools, and salon areas. Ensure safe handling and storage of chemicals, cosmetics, and equipment. Follow salon safety guidelines and personal hygiene standards. Regularly inspect tools and replace damaged or expired products. 9. Continuous Learning & Skill Development Stay updated with evolving beauty techniques, tools, and global trends. Attend workshops, seminars, and training programs to upgrade skills. Experiment with innovative beauty solutions to enhance service offerings.
