Job Description Job Title: Workday Benefits Functional Consultant Location: Remote (with flexibility for onsite meetings as required) Employment Type: Contract / Full-time Start Date: Asap Job Overview: Our client is looking for a Workday Benefits Functional Consultant with proven experience in implementing and supporting Workday Benefits solutions. The successful candidate will be Workday Certified and have in-depth knowledge of benefits administration, open enrollment, and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Design, configure, and maintain Workday Benefits modules (healthcare, insurance, retirement plans, etc.). - Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate benefits setup and processing. - Manage open enrollment setup, testing, and issue resolution. - Analyze business needs and recommend system solutions or process improvements. - Support integrations between Workday and third-party benefits providers. - Develop user training materials and assist with system testing. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and policy requirements. Requirements Qualifications & Skills: - Workday Benefits Certification is required. - 3+ years of hands-on Workday Benefits configuration experience. - Comprehensive understanding of benefits design, eligibility rules, and integrations. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
