execution of data science projects from problem formulation to solution implementation ensuring high-quality deliverables and alignment with business objectives xc2xb7 Define the technical roadmap and vision for data science initiatives working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities prioritize projects and drive innovation xc2xb7 Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data scientists fostering their growth and development while ensuring the successful delivery of projects xc2xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders data engineers and IT teams to identify data requirements integrate data science solutions into existing systems and optimize data infrastructure xc2xb7 Design and implement advanced statistical models algorithms and machine learning techniques to extract insights drive actionable recommendations and solve complex business problems xc2xb7 Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science machine learning and artificial intelligence and guide the team in adopting cutting-edge techniques and methodologies xc2xb7 Present complex findings and insights to executive stakeholders in a clear and potential collaborations xc2xb7 Analyse large structured and unstructured datasets to uncover trends patterns and insights that drive business strategies and optimizations Must-Have Skills xc2xb7 Bachelors degree in Mathematics Statistics Computer Science Economics or a related field A master s degree is a plus xc2xb7 Extensive experience in data science statistical analysis and machine learning with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions to complex business problems xc2xb7 Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Java for data manipulation statistical analysis and machine learning xc2xb7 In-depth knowledge of advanced statistical modelling techniques experimental design and hypothesis testing xc2xb7 Expertise in machine learning techniques including deep learning ensemble methods time series analysis and reinforcement learning xc2xb7 Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms specifically Snowflake AWS and Azure and their data services xc2xb7 Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically analyse complex data and propose innovative solutions xc2xb7 Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders xc2xb7 Proven experience in leading and managing data science projects and teams ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes xc2xb7 Ability to drive the strategic direction of data science initiatives set technical standards and guide the adoption of emerging technologies Desirable Skills xc2xb7 Experience with natural language processing NLP and text mining techniques xc2xb7 Familiarity with advanced optimization techniques and operations research xc2xb7 Knowledge of causal inference methods and experimental design xc2xb7 Experience with data governance data privacy and compliance frameworks e g GDPR CCPA xc2xb7 Understanding of cloud security and data protection best practices xc2xb7 Familiarity with cloud-based data processing data lakes and serverless architectures xc2xb7 Strong publication record and active involvement in the data science community xc2xb7 Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases and big data platforms e g Hadoop Spark for data extraction and manipulation xc2xb7 Understanding of cloud security and data
