ChennaiType PermanentCompensation Attractive package relocation benefitsThe Role Hogarth Worldwide Chennai is looking for a Creative Director with a unique blend of creative vision and business sense to supervise and lead a team that is composed of Art Directors Creative Designers Graphic designers Motion Graphic artists and or other creative professionals Responsibilities Lead motivate and support the creative team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment Setup and implement career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets eliminate errors and deliver excellent service Mentor and encourage creative team members to foster a positive work environment Shoulder the responsibility of the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to members of the creative team by helping them overcome obstacles that arise within a project and offer solutions Lead brainstorming creative sessions to generate ideas to ensure designs and content consistently and positively reflects the brand s image and ideals Anticipate problems that may impede a project from completing on time and implement solutions Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future Remain actively involved in hiring and training creative staff Requirements Proven experience as a creative director or Sr AD with the top main-line agencies Excellent working knowledge with a variety of software programs such as Photoshop InDesign and Illustrator with addition to Adobe Aftereffects Animate CC Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to inspire the creative team to give their best Good comfort level interacting with high-profile stakeholders and decision makers Recent hands-on experience with applying design copy or web best practices Outstanding leadership and organization skills with exemplary interpersonal and analytical
