Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Full stack Java/React Developer

As a Full stack Java/React Developer you will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and ongoing support. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, high-performing, and user-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities:

Fullstack Development: Design, develop, and maintain both front-end (user interface) and back-end (server-side logic, APIs, database interactions) components of web applications using Java and React.

Front-End Development:

-
Build responsive, interactive, and visually appealing user interfaces using React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

-
Implement and optimize UI components for maximum performance across various web browsers and devices.

-
Utilize state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and modern front-end build tools.

-
Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code.

-
Back-End Development:

-
Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure server-side applications using Java and frameworks like Spring Boot (Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA).

-
Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.

-
Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle, Hibernate) for data modeling, storage, and retrieval.

-
Ensure data integrity, security, and optimal database performance.

Skillset

. Good to have cypress or related testing tools experience

. Knowledge of AWS cloud and its components will be an added advantage

. Design scalable applications to support high volume business transaction platforms

. Hands-on experience in engineering end to end systems

. Strong design and development skills

. Strong background in coding, data structures and algorithms

. Ability to own end to end responsibility - right from requirements to release with extensive Agile scrum project experience

. Ability to produce bug-free and production grade code

. Should have strong experience in Databases

. Critical thinking ability to solve complex business problems

. Strong team player with open mindset to learn new technology and align culturally.

. Collaborate with leads to explore existing systems, determine areas of complexity, potential risks to successful implementation, learn the applications capabilities

. Should have strong communication skills

. Should have client interaction experience.

. Work with a performance-oriented team driven by ownership and openness to experiment.

Required Frontend experience:

.Create single-page web applications

.Understanding of State Management

.Styling and layouts

.Experience having done the above with React / Angular

Required Backend experience:

.Create HTTPS/REST API&rsquos

.Interacting with databases

.Experience doing the above in Java, NodeJS, Python

Must be comfortable packaging and deploying containerized applications

Deployment and DevOps:

Work with DevOps teams to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.

Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying and managing applications.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor%27s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience:extensive experience in fullstack development with Java and React, including experience leading projects or mentoring junior developers.

Strong proficiency in Java and its core principles (OOP, data structures, algorithms).

-
Solid experience with the Spring Framework, particularly Spring Boot.

-
Expertise in React.js, including React components, JSX, state management (e.g., Redux), and React Router.

-
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

-
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

-
Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
