Currently we have an immediate opening for Communication Network Lead with 10 yrs of experience for Chennai Candidate must have strong experience Network Infrastructure Communication System Oversight Security Compliance Good to have certifications in CCNA CCNP CCDE Fortinet PALO ALTO Candidates please go through the detailed JD and share your updated resume at emily netsach co in Job Title Communication C Network LeadExp 10 yrsJob Location Chennai OnsiteJob Type Full-TimePrimary Job purpose Communication C Network Lead will be responsible for overseeing the organizations network infrastructure and communication systems to ensure seamless operations and effective connectivity The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration excellent communication skills and leadership capabilities to manage a team and drive projects forward Key Accountabilities Responsibilities Network Infrastructure Management Design implement and maintain the organizations network infrastructure Candidate should have hands on experience on how to setup a new office branch Candidate should have hands on experience of integrating offices for new acquisition Candidate should have hands on experience on network hardware refresh process Candidate should have hands on experience on network performance optimization actions Candidate should have hands on experience in routing like Open Shortest Path First OSPF Border Gateway Protocol BGP and good at advanced routing concepts Candidate should have hands on experience on switching including Cisco Nexus Candidate should have hands on experience on wireless network devices Candidate should have hands on expertise in global networking across countries Candidate should have expertise in setting up leased lines and SD-WAN Candidate should have expertise in establishing a Command-and-Control Centre CCC Monitor network performance and optimize configurations for efficiency and reliability Troubleshoot network issues and collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions Certifications such as CCNA CCNP CCDE Fortinet F5 and PALO ALTO are highly desirable Experience with migrating on-premises data center s to the cloud is preferred Familiarity with O365 Administration Active Directory and SharePoint is required Communication Systems Oversight Manage communication systems including email VoIP video conferencing and messaging platforms Ensure reliable connectivity and effective communication channels across the organization Integrate communication systems with other IT services and business applications Strong understanding of Call Manager Express Call Manager Teams Calling and Webex Team Leadership and Collaboration Lead a team of network administrators and communication specialists Provide technical guidance mentorship and support to team members Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement projects and initiatives Hand on experience on CISCO telephony is added advantage Security and Compliance Implement and enforce network security measures to protect data and systems Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to network and communication systems Candidate should have hands-on experience with NAC NOC and Zero Trust Network Access Candidate should be experienced in network security including working with Fortinet Palo Alto Cisco Firepower firewalls and WAF with a strong grasp of security concepts Proficiency in network access tools such as GNAC and FortiNAC is required Documentation and Reporting Maintain documentation of network architecture configurations and communication system setups Generate reports on network performance uptime security incidents and system improvements Develop C deliver key performance indicators KPIs to the IT management team Position Requirements -
