We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer with a strong background in B2B SaaS environments to lead both manual and automated testing efforts. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality, has hands-on experience with modern testing tools, and thrives in collaborative, Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and maintain comprehensive test plans that define scope, objectives, and quality strategies.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a high-quality product.
- Develop and manage automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing across web and API layers.
- Log, track, and manage software defects through resolution.
- Participate in code reviews, offering guidance on quality and testability.
- Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Stay informed on QA best practices, emerging tools, and trendsespecially around AI-driven applications and automation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality assurance within B2B SaaS environments.
- Proficient in test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Skilled in API testing and working knowledge of Agile methodologies, Git, and cloud platforms.
- Experience testing AI applications or familiarity with AI testing tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
