We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role you will:

1. Collaborating with Product Analysts / Developer to get created the requisite acceptance criteria and ensure the acceptance tests reflect the desired functionality.
2. Participate into evaluation of functional and non-functional requirements for testability and suitability for automation.
3. Designing, Scripting, Executing test automation scenarios and documenting test results
4. Increase coverage of test automation packs and pass rate in testing cycle as advised by QE Lead
5. Participate in release activities and giving QA sign offs
6. Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary Agile team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

1. Software development and strong coding skills (preferably with Java/Spring, Python)
2. Understanding of iterative style of application development
3. Experience with test automation of backend/API Platform/ CICD Components
4. Deep knowledge and understanding of testing methodology
5. Strong problem-solving skills
6. Strong thinking out off box capabilities.
7. Working exposure towards AWS components, Kubernetes, Docker, and Container
8. Hands on experience on Core Java programming
9. Good understanding of micro-services / API ecosystem(R-proxy, gateway, REST API, GraphQL)
10. Working exposure towards code-based Test Automation.
11. Hands on experience on REST ASSURED/Karate, Junit, Groovy libraries for API ecosystem testing
12. Hands on experience on GIT, JIRA, Jenkins (CICD exposure)
13. Working experience in Agile methodology / SAFe with in-sprint automation
