About The Role

We're looking for a Senior Video Editor who's great at creative storytelling through video. Someone who understands the B2C consumer apps space, knows their tools inside out, and can take a concept from raw footage to final cut - with clarity, speed, and flair.You'll be leading the visual narrative across marketing, social media, product videos, and campaigns. You'll also help guide junior editors and collaborate closely with our design and marketing teams. If you're fluent in motion, obsessed with pacing, and comfortable using AI tools to level up your workflow, this one's for you.

What You'll Do

- Own the full video editing pipeline - from rough cuts to polished final exports.
- Build strong visual stories that actually engage (not just pretty, but purposeful).
- Collaborate with teams to shape briefs, storyboards, and visual direction.
- Guide and review work of other editors when needed - bring out their best.
- Create lightweight motion graphics and Lottie animations for product and UI videos.
- Stay ahead of trends - but also know when to ignore them.
- Keep your workflow tight using tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- [BONUS] Use of Figma and AI tools like Runway ML, MidJourney, Descript, ElevenLabs, etc to speed up and elevate output.

What You Bring

- 25 years of strong editing experience in tech, SaaS, or product-driven companies.
- Proven track record of creating content that performs on digital & social platforms.
- An eye for color grading and cinematic transitions.
- Hands-on experience with motion graphics and creating micro-animations (bonus if you've worked with Lottie).
- Ability to lead shoots, guide junior editors, and give solid creative direction.
- Strong command of industry standard video editing and design tools.
- Familiarity with AI creative tools and workflows to boost productivity and quality.
