We are seeking a creative and analytical Graphic Designer with SEO specialization to join our growing digital team This hybrid role blends eye-catching visual design with performance-driven SEO strategies to enhance our brand presence across digital platforms The ideal candidate will not only bring visual ideas to life but also ensure that our content is discoverable optimized and ranks well in search engines Key Responsibilities Graphic Design Design visually appealing digital content including banners social media posts website graphics landing pages infographics emailers and brochures Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and touchpoints Collaborate with marketing content and product teams to create assets for campaigns and promotions Manage design assets and templates for quick turnarounds and scalability Use data and feedback to iterate on designs and improve visual performance SEO Specialist Conduct keyword research competitor analysis and on-page optimization for websites blogs and product pages Optimize images and design elements for web performance and SEO Collaborate with the content team to ensure visuals are aligned with SEO goals and messaging Monitor site performance and recommend improvements based on Google Analytics Search Console and SEO tools like SEMrush Ahrefs Moz Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends algorithm updates and design best practices Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Design Marketing Communications or a related field 2-4 years of experience in graphic design and SEO agency or in-house Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator XD InDesign Figma or similar tools Hands-on experience with SEO tools Google Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs Yoast etc Strong understanding of HTML CSS basics and UX UI principles is a plus Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify is an advantage Excellent communication skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects Preferred Attributes A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and results Passion for analytics and data-driven design Growth mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to digital trends Experience working in a fast-paced startup or D2C brand environment is a bonus Benefits Competitive salary and performance incentives Creative freedom and opportunities to grow Exposure to exciting campaigns and cutting-edge digital marketing Flexible work environment and supportive team culture How to Apply Send your resume portfolio and any SEO case studies to karan shamfoam com with the subject line Application for Graphic Designer SEO Specialist Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 14 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Health insurance Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person Application Deadline 10 09 2025 Expected Start Date 10 09 2025
