The MEP Technician will be responsible for the maintenance repair and upkeep of all Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing systems within the campus including Maintenance of approximately 260 toilets across the campus Maintenance of 260 bedrooms including ceiling fans and lighting fixtures Servicing and upkeep of 800 study tables and associated electrical sockets Operation and maintenance of 4 water pumps water tanks storage tanks and backwash systems Maintenance of approximately 75 wash basins within the campus Mechanical repairs including windows doors and cupboard lock maintenance Support for MEP maintenance across all campuses as required Coordination with external manpower when workloads are high or specialized assistance is needed Qualifications Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Electrical or Plumbing trades 1-2 years of experience in MEP maintenance preferably in hostels educational campuses or similar facilities Job Type Full-time Pay 8 086 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Ability to commute relocate Malappuram Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Work Location In person
