Join us on our journey to shape the future with AI. We are looking for an accomplished Devops Architect who will act as a senior individual contributor and technical leader within our teams. You will own the architecture of complex AI/ML infrastructure, drive impactful DevOps solutions, and mentor team members. At Techjays, you will elevate engineering standards, influence cross-team infrastructure and pipeline projects, and contribute to building scalable, AI/ML-first systems that advance our technology vision. What You'll Do - Design and implement scalable infrastructure for AI/ML models with Vector DB integration - Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters and containerized AI/ML workloads - Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting (Python/Bash) - Implement CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows for AI/ML workloads - Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pipelines and cloud infrastructure using Prometheus, Grafana, and related observability tools - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, ML, Product) to deliver reliable and performant systems - Mentor and coach junior team members on DevOps best practices and pipeline management - Ensure security and compliance through IAM, RBAC, TLS, and secrets management What You'll Bring - 710 years of DevOps experience with AI/ML pipeline architecture and Vector DB integration - Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, AWS - Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation and orchestration - Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka or similar) - Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana) - Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure - Excellent communication, team collaboration, and mentoring skills Nice-to-Have - Exposure to serverless AI/ML workflows (AWS Lambda, Fargate) - Knowledge of chaos engineering, auto-healing systems, or AI Ops - Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD What we offer - Best-in-class compensation packages - Paid holidays and flexible time off - Casual dress code & flexible working environment - Opportunities for professional growth and learning in a fast-paced environment - Medical insurance covering self & family up to 4 lakhs per person - Diverse and multicultural work environment - Be part of an innovation-driven culture with the support and resources to succeed
