Company Overview Dorleco is a 360-degree controls Sr Hardware Design Engineer solution provider for electric and autonomous vehicle systems focused on achieving its mission of developing sustainable efficient vehicles with innovative robust and lean engineering practices We provide a fast-paced R D environment and deliver integrated solutions for mechanical electrical software thermodynamic and energy storage systems for modern electric and autonomous vehicle systems Location Pune India EXPERIENCE 3 years Roles and responsibilities We are looking for a skilled and motivated Hardware Design Engineer with 3-4 years of experience in electronics hardware development preferably in the automotive domain The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in circuit design PCB development and testing with a focus on delivering reliable and cost-effective embedded solutions Key Responsibilities Design and development of complex multi-layer PCBs minimum 4 layers for embedded automotive applications Schematic capture layout and simulation using tools such as Altium Designer KiCAD DipTrace or Cadence Stack-up planning controlled impedance design via management and return path integrity for high-reliability PCBs Design for low-voltage power conversion
