With a growing portfolio of strategic clients, we’re seeking a dedicated professional to help us maximize the potential of our key accounts. We’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) to manage and grow relationships with Divami’s top-tier Independent Software Vendor (ISV) clients. The ideal candidate will excel in fostering trust, understanding client needs, and driving account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and consultative engagement. This role is pivotal in aligning Divami’s services with client goals, delivering measurable value, and exceeding revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Account Growth & Client Relationship: Develop and execute strategic plans to grow ISV account revenues. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with client goals. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Build long-term relationships with C-level and senior executives. Act as a trusted advisor, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Conduct regular business reviews to align Divami’s offerings with client priorities. Strategic Planning: Leverage market trends, competitor insights, and client data to identify growth opportunities. Forecast account metrics, including revenue and renewal rates, and report progress to leadership. Bring thought leadership to clients, showcasing industry insights and best practices. Metrics and Reporting: Achieve assigned revenue targets and client satisfaction scores. Maintain CRM accuracy to track activities and opportunities effectively. Requirements and Key skills Experience: Minimum of 7+ years experience in IT services with at least 3+ years experience in Enterprise Account Management, with a proven track record of driving growth in ISV or technology-related accounts. Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and digital transformation solutions for ISVs. Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, build business cases, and close complex sales deals within existing accounts. Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to build and nurture strong client relationships with C-level and senior executives. Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to craft and execute account strategies aligned with client business goals. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to forecast, analyze data, and derive actionable insights. Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
