The Claims Agent is responsible for processing and reviewing submissions received via USPS, email, and fax. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to escalate issues to leadership when necessary.

- Process Documents
- Review and process diverse documents and written correspondence within internal software, following company guidelines and protocols.
- Ensure all correspondence is handled with accuracy and efficiency.
- Additional Tasks
- Support assigned projects and other duties as directed by leadership.
- Escalation Handling
- Proactively identify and escalate issues related to cases or class members.
- Track and follow up to ensure escalations are resolved in a timely manner.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Prior relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills:

- Zendesk is Mandatory Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
- Ability to use internal software applications.
- Communication Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret documents.
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced English required..
Other Requirements:
- Comfortable working with confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs occasionally.
