Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer with 3–5 years of professional experience in building cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Flutter framework, Dart language, mobile app architecture, and the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable, and performant applications. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop advanced applications using Flutter & Dart for both Android and iOS. - Translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality, responsive, and pixel-perfect code. - Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, AWS understanding. - Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences. - Optimize application performance, fix bugs, and ensure high stability. - Implement best practices in code structure, state management, and app security. Required Skills & Experience - 3–5 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development. - Minimum 2.5+ years of strong experience with Flutter & Dart. - Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, state management. - Experience with REST APIs, JSON integration. - Knowledge of Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications, Analytics, etc.). - Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. - Familiarity with platform-specific integrations (Android/iOS native modules). - Understanding of app deployment processes on Google Play Store & Apple App Store. - Strong problem-solving skills, debugging, and optimization techniques.
