Job Title Chemist Department Laboratory Research and Development Quality Control Production Location Udaipur Rajasthan Company Name Choksi Heraeus Pvt Ltd Job Summary Choksi Heraeus Pvt Ltd is urgently seeking a Chemist with expertise in metallurgy to join our team in the metal industry The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in chemistry and metallurgy focusing on analyzing and improving the properties of metal materials Key Responsibilities Conduct chemical and metallurgical analyses of metal samples to assess their composition properties and performance Perform material testing including mechanical and physical testing to evaluate the quality and suitability of metal products Develop and optimize metal alloys and formulations to meet industry and customer specifications Investigate and resolve quality and performance issues related to metal products Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development quality improvement and process optimization Utilize specialized laboratory equipment and instruments for metallurgical analysis Maintain accurate records of experiments test results and research findings Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures SOPs within the laboratory and manufacturing areas Stay informed about industry trends advancements and emerging technologies in metallurgy Participate in root cause analysis and troubleshooting of production issues related to metallurgical processes Provide technical support and guidance to production staff and assist in process improvement Qualifications Education B Sc Master s degree MSc or higher in Metallurgy Materials Science or a related field from an accredited institution Experience Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in metallurgical analysis alloy development or quality control within the metal industry Strong knowledge of metallurgical principles metal characterization techniques and industry standards Proficiency in using specialized metallurgical equipment and software Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records Strong commitment to safety and quality standards Adaptability and willingness to learn and apply new metallurgical techniques and methodologies How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to email their resumes to Hr choksiheraeus com Job Type Permanent Pay 250 000 00 - 400 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
