Client & Content Associate

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client & Content Manager to oversee client relationships and manage end-to-end content creation. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring smooth communication while strategizing, creating and delivering high-quality content aligned with brand goals. The ideal candidate should be skilled in both client servicing and content management, balancing creativity with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

● Serve as the main liaison between the company and clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.

● Understand client requirements, objectives and feedback and translate them into actionable tasks for the internal team.

● Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients.

● Coordinate with internal departments (design, marketing, social media, etc.) to ensure deliverables are aligned with client expectations.

● Address client queries, concerns and escalations with professionalism.

● Track project timelines, deliverables and approvals to ensure smooth workflow.

Content Management

● Plan, create, edit and manage content across digital platforms (blogs, websites, social media, newsletters, campaigns, etc.).

● Develop engaging, brand-consistent and audience-focused content strategies.

● Conduct research on industry trends, competitors and target audience to generate fresh content ideas.

● Collaborate with designers, marketers and subject matter experts for content production.

● Proofread and review content to ensure accuracy, quality and adherence to brand guidelines.

● Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent publishing.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English or related field.

● 0–1 years of experience in client servicing, account management, copywriting or content management (agency experience is a plus).

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.

● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

● Creativity with a strong understanding of brand voice and storytelling.

● Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace; familiarity with content tools like Canva, WordPress or scheduling tools is a plus.
