Job Description Work with clients to understand requirements and align technology with business strategy and goals. About the Role 10 + years experience in MS Dynamics CRM. Responsibilities - Experience working as MS Dynamics Architect for at least two complete CRM implementations. - Good experience working on Customer Service modules. - Good experience working and architecting applications on Power Apps and Power Automate. - Good experience integrating with external and internal systems using Azure APIM or similar middleware. - Good experience integrating with external & internal systems using Service Bus, Logic Apps & Azure Functions. - Experience in managing client communication and delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel, including managing client expectations, foreseeing risks and reporting them. - Experience in writing associated documents including HLD, LLD etc. - Understanding and managing NFR for the project. - Understanding of Configuration Management, Release Management and Merging process to be followed in the project. - Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments. - Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment. - Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders. - Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes. - Lead the team by giving the required technical and functional knowledge. - Demonstrate Customer Focus, active listening and consultative approach. - Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise team members. - Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving abilities. - Should have good communication, leadership and team handling skills.
