This role involves leading a team that builds and maintains Python-based infrastructure critical to data analytics storage and services across the organization with a strong focus on performance optimization using low-level programming and compilation techniques The position also requires close collaboration with business teams to enhance workflows along with responsibilities in people and project management Hands-on experience with Python Golang and Infrastructure design Design and develop scalable and efficient applications Lead a team of developers to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions Perform code reviews and ensure the delivery of high-quality software Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application development and performance Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend their adoption when relevant Ensure that all applications comply with industry security and compliance standards 5-12 years of relevant work experienceHands-on experience with Python Golang and Infrastructure design An engineering master s or bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field Proven expertise in application development with proficiency in Python and Golang Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills 6 to 12 years of relevant work experience Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively The client is a global investment and technology development firm with a strong presence across North America Europe and Asia Known for its innovation and rigorous risk management the firm has built a reputation for excellence in financial markets and cutting-edge technology solutions Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a large organization A collaborative and supportive workplace culture within a consultancy environment Work closely with senior leadership and a dynamic global team
