- Site Supervisor Riyasat Infra Developers A Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day construction activities to ensure that projects are executed safely efficiently and in compliance with quality standards The position involves supervising workers and subcontractors enforcing safety protocols coordinating site operations conducting inspections maintaining documentation and communicating with stakeholders Key Responsibilities 1 Project Management Supervise daily site operations and track progress against the approved schedule and budget Plan coordinate and allocate work to laborers and subcontractors for seamless execution Manage the procurement and delivery of construction materials 2 Safety Compliance Implement and enforce site safety standards and procedures Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments halting work when necessary to prevent accidents Maintain a clean organized and hazard-free work environment 3 Quality Control Inspect ongoing and completed works to ensure alignment with project specifications and quality benchmarks Review technical drawings and blueprints to confirm compliance 4 Team Management Lead supervise and motivate site personnel delegating responsibilities effectively Resolve on-site challenges and maintain discipline and teamwork among workers 5 Communication Reporting Clearly communicate project goals timelines and expectations to the site team Coordinate with clients architects project managers and other stakeholders Prepare detailed daily and weekly site reports including progress updates and photographic documentation Essential Skills Strong leadership and communication abilities Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings Comprehensive understanding of construction tools techniques and safety standards Detail-oriented proactive and collaborative mindset Qualifications Requirements Diploma in Civil Engineering and or completion of a recognized construction management program Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in a construction environment for at least 5 years Knowledge of building codes safety regulations and quality standards CPR and First Aid certifications preferred Strong analytical leadership and decision-making skills Excellent communication and organizational capabilities Familiarity with modern construction equipment and practices Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
