Recruitment Trainee

This role is ideal for freshers or candidates starting their HR career who want to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination. Key Responsibilities - Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases. - Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability. - Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates. - Maintain candidate data, trackers, and recruitment reports. - Support end-to-end recruitment activities for various job roles. - Follow up with candidates regarding interview updates and offer processes. - Post job openings on different platforms and monitor responses. - Maintain professional communication with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience. - Assist HR team in recruitment-related documentation and administrative tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic understanding of recruitment processes (training will be provided). - Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word). - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
