fundamental to ensuring the digital technology and related services that NTT DATA builds for our clients are valuable intuitive and impactful The work of a Deployment Engineer provides clients and teams with support leadership and direction to make sure projects are executed well and to deliver the engagement as promised Once You Are Here You Will Negotiate plan communicate and manage release schedulesIdentify potential conflicts and risks with releases and mitigate risks by coordinating with Salesforce Agile TeamsConduct release readiness reviews and business go no-go decision reviewsPerform cutover planning oversee deployments and ensure appropriate resources are available communicating deployment status as necessaryDeveloping maintaining and advancing our CI CD pipelineManage sandbox environments and coordinate schedules for conducting refreshesManage data loading tools techniques to populate sandboxes with production dataMaintain metrics on production changes e g number of deployments issues related to deployments status of improvement items etc Maintain key production org metrics e g code coverage and drive remediation actions where neededWork with development teams to understand impacts of branches and code mergesDevelop scripts and automation tools used to build integrate and deploy software releases to production environmentMaintain a release repository and manage key information such as build and release procedures dependencies and notification listsSupport post deployment activities including knowledge transfer process documentation and application bug fixesRequired Qualifications Over all 5 years experience out of which 3 years of experiences on Salesforce platform as developer or admin with minimum 3 years of experiences as Deployment Devops Engineer3 years experience with Salesforce Development including Lightning Components Visualforce APEX SOQL and SOSL3 Years experience with SFDC specific IDE and version control configurations Github BitBucket for Salesforce development VS Code IntelliJ SFDX 3 years experience with Salesforce Development including Lightning Components Visualforce APEX SOQL and SOSL1 full life cycle project in Lightning and have expert level knowledge on major Salesforce com technologies including Lightning web components Apex Web Services Visualforce Batch Apex Queueable Apex etcPreferred Qualifications Hands-on CI CD experience automating Salesforce deployments using Jenkin or other similar toolsPrevious Experience working on Salesforce communities and Sites
