Saviynt IAM Analyst

Job Title: Saviynt Engineer Experience: 3 – 5 Years Location: Hyderabad About the Role: An MNC is hiring a skilled Saviynt Engineer to join their Security Operations team. You will contribute to enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives, help shape security operations strategy, and support compliance and governance efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and manage Saviynt IGA solutions, including identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, deprovisioning, and certification campaigns. - Design and deploy advanced workflows, complex lifecycle processes, and automation within the Saviynt platform. - Integrate IGA with directories, cloud platforms, HR systems, databases, and SaaS applications. - Troubleshoot IAM issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with third-party vendors. - Establish and enforce IAM governance policies and standards. - Drive process improvement, automation, and adoption of emerging IAM tools. - Develop documentation and communicate IAM strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging threats, and regulatory changes. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems (Master’s preferred). - Experience: 3–5 years in cloud security, IAM, or related cybersecurity roles (Airlines industry experience preferred). - Certifications (Preferred): CISSP, CEH, GIAC, SANS, CISM, GCIA, CISA, CompTIA Security. - Technical Skills: - Expertise with Saviynt or other IAM tools (SailPoint, OIM). - Proficiency in Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD. - Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Kerberos. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud security. - Understanding of regulatory compliance standards (GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001). - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
