Role Description This is a full-time on-site position located in Jodhpur for the role of an Administrative Manager. The Administrative Manager will manage daily administrative activities, ensure efficient office operations, supervise support staff, and handle scheduling, procurement, and vendor coordination. The role includes maintaining compliance with company procedures, managing budgets, and supporting team productivity through organized workflows and efficient resource allocation. Qualifications - Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills - Experience in team leadership, staff supervision, and workflow management - Proficiency in handling budgets, expense tracking, and procurement processes - Knowledge of compliance with administrative policies and procedures - Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with multiple departments - Proficiency in office software tools and systems - Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to manage office operations effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field - Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
