- As a Business Functional Analyst (BFA), you will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. You will collaborate across business, operations, and IT delivery teams to capture and translate requirements into actionable insights.
- Your work will drive the design and implementation of strategic platformssuch as Consent Management and digitalization lighthousesensuring alignment with regulatory standards, operational goals, and customer expectations

Your Key Responsibilities

- Capture, challenge, and document business requirements with precision and clarity.
- Liaise with stakeholders across domains to ensure successful delivery of automation solutions.
- Support testing phases including QAT, SIT, and UAT to validate solution integrity.
- Ensure timely delivery of analysis artifacts and maintain traceability in tools like Confluence and Jira.
- Mediate and resolve issues during project execution, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Identify opportunities to enhance analysis and delivery capabilities across the team.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve team performance

Your Skills And Experience

- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in teams working with business process automation
- Strong analytical capabilities including business process modeling, user story writing, and data modeling.
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and full project lifecycle methodologies.
- Experience in agile environments and stakeholder engagement across business and IT.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Flexible and eager to learn new technologies and expand domain knowledge
