Design Engineer Elevate Parking Systems LLP is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Design Engineer to join our dynamic team We specialize in innovative and efficient parking solutions and the successful candidate will play a critical role in the design development and implementation of our state-of-the-art parking systems This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technology in the urban mobility sector Location Bhandarli Village Panvel-Shil Road Near Uttar Siv Naka Shil About Elevate Parking Systems LLP Elevate Parking Systems LLP is a leading provider of automated and semi-automated parking solutions committed to solving urban congestion and space limitations We design manufacture and install systems that maximize parking capacity and enhance user experience Key Responsibilities The Design Engineer will be responsible for the mechanical design and analysis of various components and sub-systems of our automated parking systems Key responsibilities include Design and Development Conceptualize design and detail mechanical components assemblies and complete parking systems using 3D CAD software e g SolidWorks AutoCAD Mechanical Generate comprehensive engineering drawings in accordance with industry standards including dimensions tolerances GD T and material specifications Work closely with the sales and project management teams to translate customer requirements and project specifications into viable engineering designs Conduct design reviews and actively participate in brainstorming sessions to optimize system performance cost-effectiveness and manufacturability Analysis and Testing Perform structural analysis FEA and calculations to ensure the integrity safety and reliability of designs under various load conditions Select appropriate materials and components motors gears sensors hydraulics etc based on performance requirements cost and availability Develop and execute prototyping and testing plans to validate design concepts and performance specifications Analyze test data and implement necessary design modifications for continuous improvement Documentation and Collaboration Create and maintain Bill of Materials BOM technical specifications and other essential engineering documentation Collaborate with the manufacturing procurement and installation teams to ensure smooth transition from design to production and deployment Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies related to the design and implementation process Stay updated on industry trends new technologies and relevant codes and standards e g safety mechanical Qualifications Required Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Mechatronics or a closely related field 2 years of professional experience in mechanical design preferably in industrial machinery material handling systems automation or similar complex mechanical systems Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling software e g SolidWorks Autodesk Inventor Fusion 360 Strong understanding of mechanical principles structural mechanics tolerance stack-up analysis and DFM DFA Design for Manufacturing Assembly Familiarity with FEA software and practical experience in performing structural analysis Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail Preferred Experience in the parking system elevator lift or automated storage and retrieval system AS RS industry Knowledge of various drive systems including motors gearboxes and power transmission components Experience with PLC or control system integration in mechanical design Working knowledge of relevant safety codes and standards Benefits Competitive salary and performance bonuses Comprehensive health dental and vision insurance Paid time off and company holidays Opportunities for professional development and training A collaborative and innovative work environment To Apply Please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience to deepakbhavsar74 rediffmail com Mobile no 97698 60085 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 14 071 54 - 41 552 54 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
