Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calls: Initiating calls to potential or existing customers to promote products, explain features, or follow up on previous contacts. Inbound Calls: Handling incoming calls from customers to answer questions, address complaints, and provide support. Lead Generation & Sales: Identifying and qualifying potential customers, persuading them to make purchases, and converting leads into sales. Customer Interaction: Gaining customer information, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions or services. Documentation & Follow-up: Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions, creating databases, and following up with leads or existing clients. Target Achievement: Meeting specific daily, weekly, or monthly sales or performance targets set by the management. Product Knowledge: Staying updated on the company's products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information. Key Skills & QualificationsCommunication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills are essential. Persuasion: The ability to effectively explain benefits and persuade customers to take action. Customer Service: Skills in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills for managing calls, records, and tasks efficiently. Technical Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain customer databases. Adaptability: The ability to work independently or in a team, handle different customer types, and work under pressure. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
