You will engage with clients to understand their business needs, configure Oracle Cloud EPM solutions, and ensure smooth implementations and upgrades. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise in PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service) to enhance decision-making processes through effective data management and analysis. Your responsibilities will include developing functional specifications, conducting system testing, providing user training, and supporting post-implementation activities. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and customize Oracle Cloud EPM PCMCS applications based on client requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Develop, test, and document functional specifications for customizations and enhancements. - Perform data modeling and assist in the integration of various data sources into the PCMCS applications. - Conduct training sessions and workshops for users, ensuring they have the necessary skills to leverage the EPM tool effectively. - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for PCMCS applications, including performance tuning and issue resolution. - Stay up-to-date with the latest EPM best practices and Oracle Cloud updates to provide informed guidance to clients. Skills and Tools Required: - Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud EPM PCMCS. - Solid understanding of financial processes and reporting. - Proficiency in data modeling and analytics concepts. - Experience with integration tools and methodologies within Oracle Cloud applications. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members. - Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools is a plus. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is advantageous.
