US Tax Manager

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review complex US federal and state tax returns (Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, 1041).
- Manage and supervise tax staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Lead tax planning strategies for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and estates.
- Research complex tax issues and provide solutions to clients.
- Ensure compliance with IRS and state tax regulations.
- Communicate directly with clients, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on client service strategies and business growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- CPA or EA (mandatory).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ years of US taxation experience, with strong technical expertise in 1040, 1065, 1120, and estate/trust returns.
- Prior experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Strong knowledge of IRS regulations and US tax law.
- Proficiency with US tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, UltraTax, or equivalent).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills.
