Your Role

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically proficient Unity Lead Engineer. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Unity development and user interface design, who can lead the creation of intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling user experiences for maritime digital twin applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop intuitive user interfaces for digital twin simulations using Unity.
- Lead the implementation of user journey flows and ensure usability across the platform.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional interfaces.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and best practices.
- Integrate 3D visualization and simulation components using Unity and optionally NVIDIA Omniverse.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align UI/UX with product and engineering goals.
- Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.

Your Profile

- Strong engineering background with 10–12 years of experience in UI/UX and Unity development.
- Proven experience in Digital Twin technologies, preferably in maritime or industrial domains.

Proficiency in:

- C#
- Unity
- Experience with wireframing and design tools:
- Figma
- Adobe XD

Strong understanding of:

- User journey mapping
- Accessibility standards
- Maritime user interface design

Familiarity with:

- NVIDIA Omniverse (nice-to-have)
- Agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
