Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist (IT Software/Solutions/SaaS) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling IT software, solutions, or SaaS products. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing relationships, and closing deals with potential customers. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, providing relevant product solutions, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal.
- Product Demos: Deliver product presentations and demos, highlighting key features and benefits tailored to customer needs.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Solution Selling: Understand customer pain points and requirements to position IT software/solutions/SaaS as the best-fit solution.
- Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Market Research: Keep up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of inside sales experience, preferably in IT software, SaaS, or solutions sales.
Skills:
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to quickly understand technical products and present them in a simple, effective manner.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales automation tools.
