Job Description Job Title EMEA Senior FP&A Analyst Job Description Summary This role supports FP&A activities across month-end close, forecasting, planning, and financial analysis, partnering closely with regional finance teams to deliver accurate insights for leadership decision-making. Job Description About the Role: - Month-End Close & Reporting - Support month-end close activities, including P&L review and variance analysis. - Prepare and consolidate monthly reporting packs and commentaries for senior leadership. - Forecasting & Planning - Assist in EMEA forecast reviews and uploads. - Consolidate inputs from regional FP&A teams for risk & opportunity assessments and forecast updates. - Support annual and mid-year planning cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Analysis & Insights - Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. - Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for decision-making. - Business Partnering - Collaborate with regional finance teams and business leaders to ensure alignment on financial objectives. - Provide ad hoc analysis and support for strategic initiatives. - Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and forecasting processes. - Contribute to automation and standardization efforts within FP&A.
