Our vision is to orchestrate technology with purpose and mastery, empowering businesses to grow and transform Role Description We are looking for an accomplished AWS Architect who can take end-to-end ownership of architecture design, delivery governance, and modernization programs across enterprise clients. This role is ideal for a seasoned architect with extensive AWS project experience who is ready to step up into a broader leadership capacity- guiding teams, setting best practices and shaping our AWS practice. Location Kochi/ Bengaluru- Hybrid Work Key Responsibilities - Architecture Ownership: Lead the design of secure, scalable, and cost-efficient AWS architectures for large transformation programs - Team Enablement: Work through and alongside a team of architects and engineers to drive successful delivery and reusability of design patterns. - Modernization Focus: Spearhead cloud-native initiatives, including containerization, microservices, and serverless architectures - Governance and Best Practices: Define and enforce standards for security, automation, operations and cloud economics - Client Advisory: Partner with CXOs and enterprise architects to translate business goals into impactful AWS solutions - Practice Growth: Contribute to the evolution of our AWS capability- from solution frameworks to delivery excellence. Skills and Requirements - 15+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with 10+ years in AWS architecture and delivery - AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional. - Proven track record in leading end-to-end cloud transformation programs. - Expertise in secure-by-design architectures and compliance frameworks. - Experience in hybrid and multi-cloud environments is an advantage. - Ability to produce high-clarity architecture artifacts and executive-level proposals - Strong leadership and mentoring experience with engineering teams. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
