Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Desk Executive to manage end-to-end international and domestic travel arrangements for employees, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and visa processing . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with MMT (MakeMyTrip for Business) and a strong understanding of corporate travel policies and visa documentation . Key Responsibilities: Handle international and domestic flight, hotel, and cab bookings using MMT or similar portals. Coordinate and manage visa processing and documentation for various countries. Maintain and update travel records, itineraries, and expense reports . Ensure adherence to company travel policies and secure the best travel deals. Liaise with employees, travel agents, and embassies for smooth travel operations. Manage cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds efficiently. Prepare MIS reports on travel expenditure and bookings. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 2–4 years of experience in corporate travel management , preferably using MMT for Business . Strong knowledge of international visa processes and travel documentation. Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
