Effective Management of Sales - Set sales targets, develop plans and monitor achievements - Review accounts with customers using data insights - Maintain and achieve new listings - Provide leadership and ensure best practice execution 4. Profitability, Sustainability & Growth - Set and manage client budgets - Develop profit maximization strategies - Prepare regular progress and forecast reports using key account metrics 5. Teamwork & Self-Management - Ensure quality and productivity standards are maintained - Plan and prioritise to manage competing demands - Anticipate and manage change effectively - Stay updated on industry developments and manage career growth 6. Promotional Activities - Plan and execute effective promotional campaigns - Measure impact of promotions on sales and brand visibility Candidate Skills & Attributes. - Strong ownership of Strategic & Annual Business Plans - Excellent in planning new product launches - Multichannel experience preferred - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills/ - Excellent communication & customer relationship management skills/ - Ability to manage, train and retain high-performing sales teams. - Strong understanding of sales performance metrics. - Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
