ACT Agrochem Pvt Ltd., based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, is an ISO 9001:2015 Certified company for Quality Assurance, operating since 1995. Equipped with two plants, it has a manufacturing and storage capacity of more than 12000 MT per annum. The company boasts an Analytical Laboratory for quality control and exports to over 18 countries. Known for being one of the good formulators and manufacturers of Sulphur 80% WP and Sulphur 80% WDG in India, the product range includes sulphur products, fertilizers, insecticides, acaricides, bio-fertilizers, and household products.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive, located in Vadodara. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, preparing detailed reports, ensuring the accuracy of transactions, and providing outstanding customer service. The role involves supporting the sales team, handling client queries, and liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are met promptly.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Client Relationship Management skills
- Experience with Account Management and Transaction Accuracy
- accurate in Billing and e invoice in proper sytem
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prepare detailed reports and manage multiple accounts
- Familiarity with sales support and internal department liaison
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Knowledge of the agrochemical industry is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant accounting and CRM software
