- India s first education financing marketplace GyanDhan is on a mission to equalize and expand access to education - Providing end-to-end education loan assistance GyanDhan is a digital-first company that seeks to revolutionize education financing in India - With partnerships with leading lenders such as State Bank of India Bank of Baroda ICICI Bank Axis Bank and HDFC-Credila we have disbursed over INR 8 000 crore - Backed by investors like ECF Education Catalyst Fund and the Indian Chapters of Stanford Angels Harvard Angels GyanDhan is driven by a team of 170 young dynamic and enthusiastic employees - Our founders Ankit Mehra and Jainesh Sinha are IIT alumni with previous experience at CapitalOne - USA Having personally faced financial constraints during their higher studies they are passionate about democratizing education - We are seeking a Junior Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team As a Junior Marketing Associate you will play a vital role in expanding our affiliate marketing program and reaching out to potential partners across various channels especially YouTube - This entry-level position is perfect if you are a recent graduate or someone looking to kick start their career in marketing You will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and collaborative environment Responsibilities 1 Influencer Campaign Coordination - Assist in planning executing and tracking influencer marketing campaigns - Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely delivery of campaign deliverables content videos etc - Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis reports 2 Influencer Partnership Coordination - Draft and process agreements for influencer collaborations - Ensure all partnership terms and conditions are properly documented and adhered to 3 Payment Management - Track partnership deliverables and ensure timely release of payments - Coordinate with the finance team to maintain accurate payment records 4 Communication Relationship Management - Act as the primary point of contact for influencers ensuring clear and timely communication - Build and maintain strong positive relationships with influencer partners - Address and resolve any queries or concerns from influencers promptly 5 Administrative Support - Maintain detailed records of influencer activities agreements and payments - Prepare regular reports on the status of influencer partnerships and campaigns - Assist in coordinating influencer campaign schedules and deliverables Requirements - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships - Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions - Ability to work collaboratively within a team - Strong organizational and time management skills - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities - Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges If you meet the above qualifications and are looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic marketing environment we encourage you to apply for this position Location Saket New DelhiTimings 10 Am to 7 Pm ref updazz com
