Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide basic and advanced life support BLS ALS as required Assess patient condition record vital signs and administer first aid or emergency medical treatment Safely transport patients to the appropriate healthcare facility while ensuring continuous monitoring Assist doctors and nurses in emergency procedures during transit and upon arrival Maintain ambulance equipment medicines and supplies in ready-to-use condition Ensure proper documentation of patient details treatment provided and ambulance reports Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times Coordinate effectively with hospital emergency departments and other medical staff Requirements Education Diploma Certificate in Emergency Medical Technician EMT from a recognized institute Experience 2-3 years of experience as an EMT in a hospital or ambulance service Proficiency in emergency response first aid and patient stabilization techniques Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally Strong communication and teamwork skills Basic knowledge of medical equipment operation and maintenance Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergency calls at any time
