Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior eLearning Developer to design, develop, and manage cutting-edge digital learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eLearning development with a proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion. As a Senior eLearning Developer, you will collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and design teams to create interactive, engaging, and effective online learning content.
Responsibilities:
Produce engaging learning content incorporating multimedia technology, and gamification
Work with instructional designers to translate course storyboards and content into engaging, interactive learning modules.
Work closely with design teams to integrate graphics, video, audio, and other digital media into eLearning courses.
Maintain a project management approach to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Utilize authoring tools (Articulate Storyline) and multimedia software to help creating engaging multimedia content, simulations, and interactive games.
Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure the functionality, usability, and accessibility of e-learning content across different devices and platforms.
Research and stay up to date on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in e-learning development.
Provide support for ongoing e-learning projects, including content updates, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
Expertise in Articulate Storyline is mandatory
Experience in creating branching eLearning scenarios
Experience in handling states, triggers and variable in Storyline
Knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or similar software would be preferred.
Basic understanding of Javascript, HTML is a plus.
Ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure project completion
Highly self-driven and motivated
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a passion for creating visually appealing and interactive learning experiences.
Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a strong desire to contribute to the growth and success of the team.
