About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Ophthalmologist to join our medical team. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to diagnose and treat vision issues and eye diseases. - Prescribe corrective lenses and medications as required. - Perform eye surgeries, including cataract, glaucoma, LASIK, and retina-related procedures (as per specialization). - Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. - Provide patient education regarding eye health, preventive care, and treatment options. - Collaborate with optometrists, technicians, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in ophthalmology and incorporate best practices. Qualifications & Skills: - MBBS with MS / MD / DNB in Ophthalmology from a recognized institution. - Valid medical license to practice. - Proven experience in clinical and surgical ophthalmology. - Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. - Compassionate approach and commitment to patient-centered care. - Proficiency with ophthalmic instruments and diagnostic equipment.
