managing the performance of networks to maintain the quality of services while also protecting organizational infrastructure from malicious cyber-attacks As a key member of our team you will assess predict prevent and manage the risk of IT infrastructure and data helping our customers stay ahead of the curve and ensure their systems are secure You will develop and implement security policies and ensuring timely resolution and documentation Monitor and manage endpoint security tools and solutions including antivirus anti-malware and endpoint detection and response EDR systems Assist in the deployment and configuration of endpoint security solutions across the organization Perform regular security checks and audits on endpoint devices to ensure compliance with security policies Collaborate with IT and security teams to address and remediate vulnerabilities and threats Maintain and update endpoint security policies procedures and documentation Stay informed about the latest endpoint security threats vulnerabilities and best practices Preferred Skills and ExperienceBachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Cybersecurity or a related field Familiarity with endpoint security tools such as antivirus anti-malware and EDR solutions CrowdStrike and MS Defender Basic understanding of network security operating systems Windows macOS Linux and cybersecurity principles Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security CEH or similar are a plus Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results Basic scripting skills e g PowerShell Python are a plus Being YouDiversity is a
